Water your orchid :
Water your orchid once a week by submerging the plastic pot in water. Let the orchid drain well before putting it back in its pot. Check the roots first before you start watering. Are the roots light grey? Then water them. Are the roots dark green? No need to water. Pamper an orchid further by using orchid food every two months.

Place the orchid :
- Bright place, not in direct sunlight, with room temperatures between 17 and 22 degrees.
- Do not place the plant near a stove or heater, as the air there is too dry for the orchid.
- Not next to a fruit bowl. Many types of fruit release a natural substance that accelerates the aging process.
